Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our hand made built to order still sets returns are generally not accepted unless the item is significantly damaged or faulty upon arrival, and even then, exchanges or partial refunds may be the only option offered, depending on the specific circumstances of damage. 

If an item arrives with a significant manufacturing defect, the customer may be eligible for a full refund or replacement after Copper Moon Still Company LLC receives the returned product.  

Disclaimer: due to the nature of the artistic process, each piece of equipment made by Copper Moon Still Company is unique and may exhibit variations of color, texture, and dimensions. 

The products you receive may differ from the pictured product due to the 100% hand made nature of the product. 

No product is perfect and each product comes with slight scuffs, scratches, dents, or welding defects due to the manufacturing process.
